Turski mesar i kuhar Nusret Gokce, poznat pod nadimkom “Salt Bae”, vlasnik je spomenutog restorana u elitnoj londonskoj četvrti Knightsbridge. Gokce je širom svijeta poznat po teatralnom soljenju mesa. Svjetsku je slavu prvi puta stekao u januaru 2017. godine te je u među vremenu postao meme. Gokce je vlasnik lanca steakhouseova “Nusr-Et”.

Dok se dva miliona ljudi u Velikoj Britaniji oslanja na donacije hrane, kuhari influenceri prodaju steakove optočene zlatom za više od 1.000 funti. Steakovi i drugo crveno meso najviše utiču na okoliš, rekao je 20-godišnji student Ben Thomas.
Sličnu diverziju aktivisti prije nekoliko sedmica izveli u cijenjenom restoranu poznatog kuhara Gordona Ramsayja u poznatoj londonskoj četvrti Chelsea.
